Returns and Exchanges
At Mystic Imports, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don’t, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We provide complimentary return shipping. Please note that if you paid for shipping at checkout, those original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damages and Order Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mystic Imports reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our requirements. Items received in a condition other than original may be refused.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that Mystic Imports cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Refunds
After we receive your return, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
